Our 1st Annual Member Appreciation Day was a nice success. The weather was pleasent and so was the company. 29 Members showed up and some with their family. A number of the members pitched in to prepare the Sausage and Hotdogs. There was also Potato and Macaroni salads along with the usual condiments and cookies for desert. Free refreshments were also available.

There were five people who were offering items for sale, and the shop was open as usual.

	A number of our members sitting down for lunch and enjoying friendly conversation .
	After lunch, we sat for some time, exchanging ideas and talking rocks.
	Jan picking out some items from Jud and his wife's booth, which had items that ranged from rough to finished jewelry pieces.

It was nice to see that Carl was well enough to make the event with his wife. His daughter and son-in-law were also present. Jan's jewelry items were for sale.	Les was another who had a table with items for sale.
