Well i though i would start this page because of an Effect that i was doing in the Outlook Express 5 Stationery News Group. called it The Outer Frame Effect and i hope this helps you all to understand how i am doing this.

And i will be adding some more as soon as i get them together for paint Shop Pro, Blade Pro & maybe some others. not sure what they will be about but i think i will try to cover some basic techniques. And who knows maybe i will be able to help others to learn how these things are done. As This is how i learned everything i know from others helping me out with a lot of stuff i would never been able to do. if it wasn't for there tutorials and all of there help.
