Step
1. Find a image that you like......................<g>
I'm going to use this
one.
image 1
step 2. apply a frame
of your choice.
and
leave it a layer as psp 6 applies it as one.
image 2
step 3. is where
we start getting the image ready for the outer frame look.
using the eraser with
the setting at.
Shape:
Round
Hardness:
0
Opacity:
100
Step:

Density:

just
start to move it around the framing and you will see that parts of it
disappear.
as
for where to erase parts of the frame that is up to you.
but the bottom corners
are a good place to start with.
and
a little on the sides. you will have to play with it a bit
to see what looks good
to you.
this
is what i came up with.
image 3
step
4.Adding a border.
at
this point you now can merge all layers and add a border
setting it on
Symmetric and at least 30 pixels.
you
may find that you need more but it depends on how much of the
image
ends
up on the out side of frame.
image 4
step
5.now using your cloning brush set at.
Shape:
round
size:
any where from 10 to 32 i found works good for me
10
for the smaller area in the image 32 for the bigger areas that you
want to clone.
hardness:
50
opacity:
100
step:
25
Density:
100
select
a part of the image by right clicking on the area you want to
clone.
them
moving over to where you want to do the cloning.
click
on the left mouse button holding it in and moving it
around.
sometimes
you may want to just give it a click and letting go.
something
you will get the feel for there is no wrong way of doing it.
this is what i ended
up with at this point.
image 5
step 6: Applying a
drop shadow. i used the settings at.
Opacity:
75
color:
Black
Blur:
25
vertical
& Horizontal set to 0
using
your magic wand left click in the border that you added
earlier.
and
invert it and you should see a single line moving around the
frame area.
(
note ) you can change the setting to any thing that you want.
this is just how i did
this on this one.
your
options are endless.

step 7. The smudge
brush settings at.
shape:
round
size:
18
hardness:
0
opacity:
50
step:

here
it also goes by what you like.
just
start pushing around on the outer edges of your
cloning
work and drop shadow till it looks good to you............: )
i try to get it to
look very nicely blended together.
