Ms C's Ode to Kami
Initial questions:
What's a Kamishibai?
Where can I get that?

Who the crud are you?

Welcome to my Kamishibai page!

Thanks to Stephen P. Lepisto, Accursed Toys and OTAKUWORLD for everything to do with Kamishibai!

Growing steadily in popularity (at least to me), Kamishibai is definitely fun to use, fun to create stories with, and generally fun!

I'm not much of an artist nor storyteller, but I am so infatuated with kamis, and impressed by those already out there, that I am venturing to do a few kamis of my own! It's really exciting, as you can see that joy on my face if you look at this:

I'm pleased to meet you. Call me Ms C
Nevertheless, I'm still excited.

Look out for my remodelling of ALL my sites... coming soon!

I'd like to know more about Kamishibai! (Because Ms C can't answer my questions...)

Kamishibai stories!
"God, where'd you put them all?"
I only have ONE I can say I completed (beginning-end), and that's HERE.
Kamishibai REVIEW
Due to a highly biased view of kamishibai, here are actual analyses of certain stories and other aspects of Kamishibai community life, whether justified in anyone else's sense or not, and other critiques. Unfortunately, it's not ready yet.
Psycho Art Gallery
If you really insist, this is my own artwork from various things like kamis I'm working on, or whatever I made in art class from high school... But I'm really a musician at heart...
Psycho Midi Gallery
This is my very tiny collection of original compositions (midis) that I created using Noteworthy (since that's the only thing I have). Hey, it's a hobby. I may use these for Kamis one day, that is if no one objects to psycho music...
Kamishibai Message Board
Here, you can put up messages or ask questions related to Kamishibai, but you'll have to sign on to Delphi.
Kamishibai Post
A monthly newsletter devoted to Kamishibai, including interviews with different kamiartists, and editorials.

This is Uripu, my mascot!

My favourite site dedicated to anime and manga!

If you'd really like to see what I'm like, come to my home page on Geocities.

Mail me at mmec@excite.com or chowmaylay@fcmail.com for comments, copyright infringement threats, tomatoes to fling at me, whatever else you might have to say... I'm sure that you're wondering what kind of masochist I am. I'm also strangely attracted to pastel coloured pages... See, I know people don't usually read this kind of stuff because I'm one of those kinds of people too - don't be ashamed - so whoever reads everything up to here and sees this message better be writing something to me. Thanks a bunch!
