Good morning, Mr. Phelps.
The report you see before you concerns a new psychiatric drug
developed for the treatment of acute shyness; in large doses,
this drug will completely disrupt the subject's sense of modesty.
Recently, a shipping canister containing the drug was stolen from
the laboratory where it was being produced. We believe that
disruptive elements intend to introduce
this drug, Agent AIKA, into the Washington DC water supply, with
the intention of causing total chaos. Your mission, should you
choose to accept it, is to keep agent AIKA out of the water, and
to recover the stolen shipment.
As always, if you or any of your team is caught
or killed, the Secretary will disavow any knowledge of your
