"Dr.
Sneer" (1982) I wrote this one when I was in Grade 10. At the time, I was heavily influenced by the art of Hergé (Tintin). Jack Scorpio travels to the Amazon to clear his Uncle Frank of a murder charge! |

"The
Cold Shoulder" (1983) Jack goes for a ski vacation in Greenland (Greenland?!) and stumbles onto an ancient alien plot for world domination! As usual, Jack survives being blasted into space while strapped to a rocket. |

"In
Blazing Colour" (1984) An ambitious project that I never completed. Still, I consider it my high-school masterpiece. Jack gets transported to an alternate universe with a serious "Dungeons and Dragons" look and feel! |

"Mr.
Stern" (1986) Drawn in a new, more realistic style. This was a weekly strip published in my university newspaper. A diabolical conspiracy headed by the grim-faced Mister Stern frames Jack for murder! |
