To walk by your side.
To breathe the same air.
A special feeling
I cannot compare.
I hope that you know
That I really care,
A feeling I wish
That we both could share.
Without your sweet love
My life seems so bare.
Most things in this life
Don't seem to be fair.
I do hope, some day,
We might make a pair,
And for that small wish
I'll say a small prayer.
I would not push you.
I just wouldn't dare.
That's not how to get
To feelings so rare.
