For those of you who don't know, FSC is a parody fan-fiction based loosely on the Sailor Moon anime, created by Takeuchi Naoko. It started its run in September 1995 on the newsgroup alt.fan.sailor-moon, and after a shaky start it has become a relatively cohesive body of work spanning at least half a dozen story arcs. Though it draws most parody material from the translation DiC gave North America, the original Japanese version is also used quite a bit, as well as blatant or subtle references to several other notably good animes; examples of such are Macross, Samurai Pizza Cats, and Vision of Escaflowne. We don't always parody anime though, at least two cast members are from Disney. Shh, don't tell 'em! ;)
Stories have been written by approximately two dozen authors since its conception back in '95. They are continually posted to the newsgroup upon completion. The first thing you'll notice though when reading AFS-M is that it's rare to find an FSC post at any given time. It goes through dry spells, then all of a sudden writing will pick up again unexpectedly. It has happened several times over the last few years; don't worry, I have it all here. This has been said to be the most complete story archive on the net (and not just by me). I'm also hosting the art gallery, pictures drawn by the many authors and other fans. In the Members section you can find a semi-complete list of the writing staff, past and present. Most if not all of them have author avatars within the Future Sailor Cabinet.
