If you are using "ICQ99A": After downloading a .scm file, you simply click on the file and it will automatically import into your ICQ Sound Schemes.
The .zip file is nearly as simple.
After downloading, open the .zip file.
When it is open, just click on the file name.
Again, it will automatically import to your ICQ Sound Schemes.
You can then keep the scheme there, and select to other schemes that you may have in that folder, or delete the scheme by choosing preferences in your ICQ window, clicking the configure button, selecting the desired sound scheme, and then clicking delete.
