Gullible's Travels

Part 5 of six parts
Part 5

The blind man finally got home. It was very late and he was very tired. After fumbling with the keys-trying to hit the key hole-he slipped in quietly for his wife was all ready in bed.
Not only was he exhausted but he was starving. That hot-dog that he'd had earlier was long gone.
He made it to the kitchen and began searching through the cupboards. His hand landed on a flat, round, metal can.

"All right!, he thought silently. Tuna fish!"
He opened up two cans and mixed in some salad dressing, relish, a little basil, and he even chopped up a small onion. He built a huge double decker and ate it all.
With his stomach full and feeling some what relaxed, he climbed in beside his wife and was soon snoaring peacefully.

The next morning his wife woke him and asked, "Honey, did you feed the cats last night?"
"No," he moaned.
"Well, I found two empty cat food cans on the counter."
Startled fully awake, he leaped out of bed and barely made it to the bathroom.
"Raaaalph!"
"I wonder what's wrong with him?" his wife thought.
