Speaks each word from his heart, Electrical veins and ice-cold blood, His body and soul are always apart. Piercing stare from red-rimmed eyes, Black reality punches pink edged dreams, Skin set to burst with the passion contained, The honest truth spoken but rarely believed. Romantic thoughts and a soul-mate desire, Sometimes self-broken, but never too bad, So much love, so much love unaccepted, Aches inside for what he can't have. He has a perfect life, in his head, at night, Just before sleeping, he always smiles. Awakes to find his life has been stolen, Replaced by another, despite his denials. He owns dozens of plans for the future, But in time a stranger will destroy them all, So he hides them in his secret place, And reveals them to himself at nightfall. He wonders why his soul is trapped in this life, Eating away, trying to mould it to fit in, He will break free and let his true self live, Kill this man that he can't find peace in.
